Why would PW address his fellow politicians as "Comrades" ? Isn't that what communists do ? He was an anti-communist.
As an earlier commentator said, he would never say something like this out loud.
Besides, PW created the taxi industry to get blacks off Marxism and into capitalism. That is, capitalism in the spirit of Adam Smith. As you can see, the taxi industry helped many blacks become financially independent.
So, I think that this so-called speech is a hoax.

obvious fake...just doesn't read like the PW I remmeber...I use to read all his speeches...He was always very direct BUT subtle when required and much more intellectual
